Shipping & FAQ

How much is shipping?

We ship from Australia, Queensland to be excact!

Australian orders are $9.99 flat rate for under 2 Kilos, $15 for 2 kilos and up. 

Australian orders enjoy free standard shipping for orders over $120 (some large or fragile products excluded)

Express Post is calculated by weight and location. Please note currently there is NO next day guarantee with Australia Post, but it is still the fastest delivery method.

**Clothing can take up to 7-10 business days to produce as we print on demand. Please contact us on orders@farkewemporium.com if you need to check on delivery speed for gifts. 

International orders are based on weight and calculated on checkout. 

When will I get my stuff?

If you live in Australia we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (5-7 days for T-shirts and Hoodies as we print on demand). We send everything using Australia Post with a tracking code.

What if I live in the USA, UK, Canada, NZ?

You are in luck! We have partnered with Fedex OR Australia Post International Standard to ship orders to all countries Worldwide. You can choose the speed of delivery by selecting standard or express.

What if I live somewhere else?

Shipping times can vary, but with our international partnerships, expect 7-10 business days on average unless there is a detailed description in the product page (example, shoes which are custom made on demand). Please contact us for a custom Express quote depending on your location. 

Customs have my stuff! What do I do?

Customs can occasionally interfere! This is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any customs delays.

Customs are asking me to pay to have my parcel released! HELP!

We are not responsible for paying any customs fees or other taxes for the Country you live in. Please look into any potential extra fees when purchasing products from us. It varies by Country, so please be sure to check the relevant government website for your country. 

I am buying a gift for someone and I need it urgently, what do I do?

If you require a gift for a specific date, please contact us first so we can advise on delivery deadlines. 

WHOOPS. I put in the wrong address, can you send me another item?

You MUST provide the correct shipping address when ordering from us. We cannot take responsibility for lost items or items that have not arrived due to us being given incorrect delivery details. We will not be held liable for any redelivery fees as a result of items being returned to us. 

Any redelivery required will incur a $9.99 return fee and the cost of redelivering your parcel. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on most items excluding clothing, masks, edibles, earrings and shoes. If your item is in perfect and resalable condition, please email orders@farkewemporium.com and we will provide you with a returns address.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we also do not take responsibility for items returned being lost, so please use a tracked service. 

We will inspect the returned item/s and if they are deemed to be undamaged we will issue the refund within 3 working days of the item being received. Your refund will be the cost of the item/a purchased and not the cost of return shipping or the cost of the original shipping charges.  

If you used Afterpay as your payment method, we will refund your order minus the fee charged to us for this payment method.

If your order was a "Free Shipping" order and you are returning items resulting in the original sale being less than the $99 free shipping threshold, we will also deduct the cost of the original shipping from your refund. 

Why don't you take returns or exchanges on clothing?

We print all of our garments on demand and supply a detailed size chart on each listing. Customers must consult the size chart to ensure the correct size is chosen. 

What happens if I cancel my order before it is shipped? 

We understand that sometimes a change of mind happens. There is a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs such as lost merchant fees that are non refundable to us. We need to charge this fee so we are not out of pocket due to your change of mind.
